2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: 3 to 7 Business Days (Free on all orders)

  • Express Shipping: 1 to 3 Business Days (Charges applicable at checkout)

3. Shipment Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS containing your tracking ID. You can track your package using the provided link.

4. Damaged or Lost Orders If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the damaged item so we can resolve the issue for you.

5. Incorrect Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing an order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.
